I have it on good authority that the Congress and President are working to repeal Dodd Frank and the regulations that have been handed down over Lending standards in our country.
It's been throttling our economy for far too many years and was presented under the guise of protecting consumers.
It was one of the biggest moves of greed (shoutout and RIP John McCain).
They're about to open up a new sub-prime boom in order to reignite our housing and economy to allow people to own homes again.
This will allow poeple to get into the right home at the right price.
This is part of the bill that will repeal taxation on tip income.

One of the greatest stories ever told was told in the Bible.
It's in Genesis.
A story about a man named Joseph, not Jesus' Earthly Dad, but another Joseph.
A pair of brothers sell their brother Joseph into slavery to a man named Potiphar.
Joseph gains favor with Potiphar and works in the house.
Potiphar's wife asks Joseph to take her to bed, and he refuses.
She rips her clothes and Joseph is taken into custody on her accusation.
Long story short, he interprets a dream for a Pharoah and is liberated.
Out of this story comes my favorite word to this day.

One of the best things that ever happened to me was being given up by my real dad.
The next best thing was being abused by my step-dad.
I know, it sounds dark, but here's what happened as a result:
When my kids arrived on this planet, it pushed me to not quit on myself.
When another child was introduced into my life (Amy's son Asher), I took on the role of including him and even successfully adopting him. (I know what it's like when people quit on me; I wasn't going to do that to him)
As a result of having these children in my life, I had a chance to be the father I didn't have.
I'm not completely shitting on my 2 dads............I did learn some good things from each one of them, but the biggest gift they gave me was the clarity needed to become the Dad I needed.
I became that Dad.
If you told me tomorrow was my last day on this planet, and asked me one of my greatest accomplishments, it would be being a father to my children and excelling in this area.
My kids are good kids. They have manners and use them. They know how to operate heavy equipment and are responsible with it. They're good to other kids and teach them things I've taught them.
Their main objective is to outlive me and out perform me during their lifetimes.
They're already ahead of the game.
Here's my message to Dads who may feel they're coming up short in their kids' lives........
It's not too late.
Be the Dad you needed.
Be present.
Be helpful.
Be a good teacher.
That's all you have to do.
It's really that simple.

The author, coach, influencer industry is on it's way out.
Love it or hate it, it's the truth.
Back in the early 2000s, the Nigerian prince emails started coming out.
They were scamming people and soon after, Nigerians started getting arrested and the scam was exposed.
Something simliar happened to EBay.
Craigslist, same thing.
When I started doing the online information business, I made videos.
I'd purchase a camera.
Editing services.
And hosting services.
Youtube only allowed for 8 minute videos, so I had to create an hour long training and sell it as a package.
Over time, Youtube opened up the recording to 10 minutes and I was able to expand things and cut expenses.
Back in 2020, this industry started to really explode.
What I learned was those who couldn't or didn't know how to operate a business, started coaching people.
That's what I did as a result of not being allowed to make loans in the mortgagge industry.
But I was able to coach people on how to use social media and was able to make a living.
Right now, all of the coaches, influencers, and authors are starting to be exposed.
Marital challenges.
Financial hardships.
Everything was getting exposed.
I'm the Kat Williams of this industry and I know all the secrets.
I just store it and people are really struggling to sell event tickets.
I'm having a hard time now selling tickets.
But I'm okay with it.
I don't want to be grouped in with the grifters, and reduced my prices by 80% in Apex.
I'd feel like an asshole charging you $150K to coach with me.
This is why I made the pivot into Closer Capital............

I have a friend named Bobby Castro.
One of his favorite phrases is "Stack'em and Rack'em Savages."
And what that means is when you land one win, keep going for the next one.
Stack them bitches up.
For most people, they'll get a win and coast.
When I worked at the car dealership, no one would help the people walking in.
Instead, they'd be calling their leads or be conveniently at the copier.
They completely ignored the low-hanging fruit.
When I worked at the mortgage company, I worked the CRM, called, the leads, sent emails, and in a very short order of time, I was top producer.
And it's all because when I got one win, I'd stack another. But you have to leverage the tools you have at your disposal every single day, win after win.

I had a guy reach out to me on Sunday morning in the DMs at 7:30 am.
He wanted to talk business.
That's cool.
I'm a busy guy and love business, but this guy was once in the Apex network I created.
He was in for a few years.
Over that time, he had access to me, just like most poeple that come into our network.
I've helped him with multiple things in life and business over the years and this particular morning when he reached out, I fired back at him asking why he wasn't asking the person he currently has as a mentor.
As I was drawing boundaries and pushing back on him, I reminded him of a time I offered to help him build out his AI platform for a nominal $5K. Well, he backdoored me and went straight to the source.
He didn't like that much when I presented facts and further asked why he wasn't talking to the guy he hired to mentor him.
The truth is, there aren't many in this space I'm in that would take the time to entertain his questions on a Sunday morning.
Let's just say he didn't like the boundaries I layed down for him.
When people don't respect you, or value your time, they won't respect or value your boundaries, either.
It's a huge red flag.

Every week, I log tons of hours behind my desk, at my computer.
I'm pounded by blue screen time every single day, but I have to recharge.
Every Saturday, for the last 3 years, I've run to my ranch in Oklahoma.
It's a quiet, and beautiful space with winding roads and rolling plains.
There I have ponds, ATV roads, a river, cattle, fish, and everything else you can imagine.
It's my workplace for my body.
While I work out every single morening, getting outside and getting dirty is required.
There's always something to collect, piles of wood from fallen branches or trees, fires to start, cows to check on, and grass to cut.
I have no shortage of things to do.
I leave my phone and take off to the wide open spaces every single week.
I've found it's been hugely beneficial for my mental health and my physical well-being.
It keeps me connected to to planet and I look forward to the end of the weekend when I'm physically tired from the work, but mentally recharged to solve problems during the week.
At minimum, I would suggest you spend a full day doing some type of manual labor every single week.
It's juicing for the soul.

That's just social media.
I'm sure I spend more than that on there before noon, but there's intention behind it.

Your everyday consumer is on ChatGPT, watches tons of media daily and is woke to your cleverly concocted offers.
But here's the bad news for you......
You're going to have to work differently to keep their attention.
Engage them better.
And provide an irresistable offer no one else (including A.I.) has thought about........

If you're a speaker or coach and that's all you do for a living, your industry is about to be over.
It's not just your industry, but many others.
No one is going to continue paying $50K-$100K per year to be in a mastermind.

Demand versus access.
Right now, you have maybe 5 years to really catch traction in something else.
Universal Basic Income is going to be a thing. If you're not sure what that is, it's where everyone who is not running a business or working in a needed position that A.I. hasn't replaced will be given a universal basic income. (Think of it as socialism).
